Gas-cleaning in electrostatic precipitators

Gas-cleaning in electrostatic precipitators is widely used both in this country and abroad. Electrostatic precipitators of various types have made good showing in many industrial sectors. Thousands of filters, manufactured by Semibratovsk Plant, are operated in the power-generation industry, ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy, construction material fabrication and other sectors. Electric-filtering is the most universal method, as it allows both micron and large particles trapping. Electrostatic precipitators may be operated under a wide range of temperatures and pressures. Pressure loss by an electrostatic precipitator constitutes negligible quantities; power consumption for gas passing through the electrostatic precipitator is minimized. FINGO-Complex manufactures filters of various designs for practically all industrial sectors.
Horizontal-flow precipitators with 4-12m-high electrodes (18-m for two-state electrostatic precipitators) and electrode spacing from 300 to 400mm and more are in the greatest demand. Single device’s output may be from thousands to a million and a half m3/hour.
The plant manufactures spare parts for all devices produced, making it possible for the customer not to worry about how to purchase them through the equipment service life.
